However, we understand from time to time your purchase may not be as you imagined, so we make sure returns are made easy.

Refund Policy

You may return your purchase at any time for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Items being returned under our no-nonsense refund service must be unused with the original wrapping undamaged and in place. The security label must be in place and intact. The item should be returned in the original packaging along with the Delivery Note. Sorry, no exceptions.

A TOUCH OF GLASS offers our customers a unique FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY on all shop-listed glass dildos.

In the highly unlikely event of a defect or, more likely, some form of damage caused by negligence, over-exuberance, or any other over-enthusiastic sexual activity that sees you inadvertently projecting your glass dildo out of the bedroom window, or off a balcony, or into the swimming pool, or anything else that causes damage… then we will replace it with the exact same (or equivalent) model COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.

Simple as that… no conditions, no restrictions, no questions… except – in the interests of good hygiene and polite manners – would you please make sure the little darling is squeaky clean before returning to us, even if broken. Thank you.

Returning Products

No exchange or refund can be given until the product has been received by us at the above address. We are unable to refund the cost of returning products to us.

We strongly advise you to send packages using a recorded or tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us
